You further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made.

I have read this waiver of liability, and I understand its terms, also I understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement freely and voluntarily and intend my purchase to be a complete and unconditional release of liability to the greatest extent allowed by law. 

Lauren B has the right to refuse or decline service, at any time. By purchasing a session or service, you are agreeing to these terms.
